In Thai Massage, you keep your clothes on and lay on a memory foam mat on the floor. You have room to stretch out and use pillows and blankets. The therapist will move you around, find out where the restrictions are, and use deep broad compressions and movement. You DO NOT have to be stretchy to receive this. All work is done to YOUR comfort level. You receive the benefits and pressure of deep tissue, the therapist does YOGA to you, and you probably fall asleep
Mat Massage $95 -140
Get your familiar Deep Tissue Massage. The only difference is the Thai mat on the floor. The therapist uses the position on the floor to deliver YOUR perfect pressure and it allows for more effective work on the arms and legs. You can lay on your side to better address neck and shoulder problems. Glutes can get deep pressure using knees or feet comfortably. I use lotion and massage to reduce muscle tension.

For the past 12 years, Beth has been providing pain relief through massage therapy and Thai Massage. She specializes in treating a variety of conditions including migraines, neck and shoulder pain, hips, carpal tunnel, and rotator cuff problems. Beth recently moved to this area from South Georgia to be closer to her parents in West End.
